SUMMARY

Over the years, the Consultancy has undertaken work for clients – predominantly in the leisure sector – in the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East.   The work has varied from short projects through to long term roles, ranging from a few days to 10 years or more.  During this time, the Consultancy has developed a close working partnership with an accomplished team of individuals and companies who, when appropriate, can be called upon to help assist in solving the particular needs of each client.

Simon Pardoe, who launched the Consultancy business in 1992, has over 20 years experience at Board level, combining executive, non-executive and consultancy roles.  Simon is a successful, legally trained, highly motivated entrepreneur, marketer and business developer with exceptional leadership, management, communication and people skills.
